Ousmane Nikiema is an information systems and digital transformation expert with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of IT infrastructure, digital health, and cloud technologies. As an IT Engineer at the West African Health Organisation (WAHO), he led cloud migration for digital services and currently manages projects to optimize internal workflows.
Expertise
He also advises the PROALAB project on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and helped draft the ECOWAS 2026–2030 Regional Digital Health Strategic Plan (pending approval).
